- The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and include all original accessories.
- Returns will not be accepted for items that have been used, damaged, or altered after delivery.
2. Non-Returnable Items

- Custom-made or special-order products.
- Health, beauty, or food items once opened.
- Digital products or electronic vouchers after being delivered.
3. Return Process
Contact us by email or phone, providing your order number and reason for return.
We’ll review your request within 1–3 business days and provide return shipping instructions.
Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days via the original payment method.
4. Shipping Costs
If the return is due to reasons other than a mistake on our part, the customer bears the return shipping cost.
If the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item), we will cover all shipping costs.
5. Order Cancellation
You can cancel your order before shipping only. After shipping, the order is considered final, and the above return policy applies.
